We deliver complex residential projects through a structured, design-led process. From early design and planning through to day-to-day delivery on site, we coordinate the details so our clients can stay informed without being burdened by the day-to-day running of the project.

1. Initial consultation

  • Understand your brief and priorities

  • Walk the property and discuss opportunities/constraints

  • Discuss budget expectations and likely scope

  • Agree next steps

We start with an initial site meeting to understand your home, priorities, budget and timescales. This is also an opportunity to discuss feasibility, the likely route through design and planning, and whether we’re the right fit for the way you want your project delivered.

2. Design & planning

Design leads everything we do. Working closely with our architect and Chloe’s interior design input, we develop a clear plan for layout, flow, key design decisions and the overall direction of the project. This ensures the build is shaped by a considered design, not construction convenience.​​

3. Pre-construction

Before work begins on site, we plan properly. This stage is where we confirm scope, programme and logistics, coordinate specialist trades, and ensure the right materials and decisions are in place.  This ensures the project runs smoothly once started.​​

4. Delivery & project management

We manage projects day to day so our clients don’t have to. With regular site presence and hands-on coordination of trades, we keep work moving, solve problems quickly and protect the design intent through to completion.

Clients are kept informed and involved at key stages, without being burdened by the day-to-day running of the site.​​
