Thomas Ivy Developments is a family-led design and build company specialising in complex residential renovations, extensions and new builds across Penarth, Cardiff and South Wales.

Design sits at the centre of everything we do. Every project is shaped by considered design decisions from the outset, ensuring that layout, light, materials and detailing are resolved before construction begins; not compromised along the way.

With a professional interior designer involved from the early stages, we’re able to move beyond standard layouts and generic finishes, delivering homes that are both highly functional and individually considered.
Professional project management
Our projects are overseen by a chartered project manager, bringing structure, organisation and clarity to complex builds. This ensures programmes are realistic, trades are coordinated effectively and issues are addressed quickly and professionally as work progresses.

By combining design leadership with rigorous project management, we’re able to take full responsibility for delivery. Allowing our clients to remain informed and involved without needing to manage the day-to-day running of the site.
