Heritage House
A complete renovation of a large three-storey Victorian house in Penarth.
We’re delivering a full design and project management service for this beautiful period property, with a focus on creating a warm, and breathable home. Our specialist team is using lime plaster walls, cork insulation and limecrete flooring to ensure traditional building methods meet modern comfort and sustainability.
We’re also restoring and enhancing original features including ornate coving, fireplaces, and joinery. The project includes a substantial new kitchen extension at the rear, carefully designed to blend contemporary family living with the home’s historic character.
Park Place, Cardiff
A blank canvas reimagined as a dynamic workspace for hot desks and small teams, with bold design choices and carefully planned zones to bring energy and character to the heart of the city.
Noddfa Chapel
A sensitive conversion of a historic church building into five luxury apartments.
We’re providing full design support to ensure these unique homes appeal to the right market. Our work includes detailed space planning, bespoke kitchen designs, and comprehensive furniture and fittings specification, all carefully curated to respect the building’s character while delivering contemporary luxury living.

The Leisure Suite
A luxury residential gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam room. A new build which we have designed & project managed.
Commercial Office refurb
A co-working office space on Cathedral Road, Cardiff.
This is a staggered refurbishment, starting with the toilets. The design compliments the companies
head office in Pontcanna.
Luxury holiday cottage
A rural holiday cottage on the outskirts of Aberystwyth. The perfect place to escape for a relaxing holiday. This was originally a farm building that had seen better days! When we first went to visit it didn't have a roof.
Westbourne Road
An Edwardian family home in the heart of Penarth, Vale of Glamorgan. A full house renovation, we have completed the ensuite bathroom and master bedroom so far.
We will be moving onto the kitchen extension later this year, once our architects plans are confirmed!
